What is digital marketing?
Digital marketing is the set of online activities that put your business in front of people at the moment they are looking for what you sell, and then make it easy for them to contact you. That includes organic search, paid search, social platforms, content, email, your website itself and the reviews people read before calling.
The word "services" hides an important distinction. Buying five separate channels from five different vendors is not the same as having a digital marketing strategy. A strategy decides which channels deserve money first, what each one is expected to do, and how you will know whether it worked. This page is the umbrella for all of our marketing work; each channel has its own detailed page linked below.
Who needs a full-service digital marketing partner?
Not every business does. A single-location dentist with a strong referral base may only need local SEO and a well-managed Google Business Profile. An integrated engagement makes sense when:
- You sell to more than one audience (for example, a PCD pharma company recruiting franchise partners while also building brand recall among doctors).
- Your sales cycle has several steps, such as a real estate project where a buyer sees an ad, visits the site twice, downloads a brochure and only then books a site visit.
- You are already spending on ads and SEO but cannot say which one actually produces customers.
- You are launching something new and need demand created, not just captured.
Manufacturers in Mohali's industrial belt, hospitality businesses along the Zirakpur highway stretch and education institutes in Panchkula all tend to have these multi-step journeys, which is where joined-up planning pays off.
How it works
We treat the plan as a funnel with three jobs: get discovered, earn trust, and convert. Each channel is assigned to the job it does best.
| Funnel job | Channels that usually lead | What we measure |
|---|---|---|
| Get discovered | SEO, Meta and YouTube reach campaigns, content | New users, branded search growth, impressions for priority queries |
| Earn trust | Reviews, case-style content, remarketing, social proof | Return visits, engaged sessions, review volume and rating |
| Convert | Google Ads search, landing pages, WhatsApp and call tracking, email | Qualified leads, cost per lead, lead-to-sale rate |
The planning layer
Before any campaign goes live we write down three things: the one conversion that matters most (a booked consultation, a dealer enquiry, an online order), what a customer is worth to you, and the maximum you are willing to pay to acquire one. Every later decision is checked against those numbers.
The measurement layer
GA4, Google Tag Manager, call tracking and CRM fields are configured so that a lead from a Meta ad and a lead from organic search are recorded differently. Without this, budget allocation becomes guesswork. Google's own Analytics Help Centre is a useful reference if your team wants to understand what we set up.
What does digital marketing cost?
We do not publish a price list because two businesses asking for "digital marketing" can need completely different amounts of work. The main cost drivers are:
- Number of channels actively managed at the same time.
- Ad spend, which is paid directly to Google, Meta or LinkedIn and is separate from management fees.
- Content volume: pages, posts, videos and emails produced each month.
- Geographic scope: one city versus several states or all of India.
- Starting point: a site with tracking already in place needs less set-up than one with none.
Engagement models we use include a fixed monthly retainer for ongoing multi-channel work, a one-time strategy and set-up project for businesses that want to run things in-house afterwards, and a hybrid where we handle paid media and your team handles social. The article on setting a digital marketing budget for small businesses explains how to decide what to spend before talking to any agency.
How long does it take?
Different channels run on different clocks. Paid search can bring enquiries within days of launch, although it usually needs several weeks of data before costs settle. Social media campaigns need a similar learning period. Organic search and content are slower, typically showing meaningful movement over several months, and they keep compounding afterwards. A sensible plan uses the fast channels to generate revenue while the slow channels are being built.
What to expect in the first 90 days
- Weeks 1–3: discovery calls, competitor review, audit of your website, ad accounts and analytics, and a written channel plan with targets.
- Weeks 3–6: tracking fixed or rebuilt, priority landing pages improved, first paid campaigns launched with conservative budgets, Google Business Profile cleaned up.
- Weeks 6–10: first content published, social calendar running, search terms and audiences pruned based on early data.
- Weeks 10–13: a review meeting comparing cost per lead by channel, with a recommendation on where to move budget next quarter.
By day 90 you should be able to see, in one report, which channels produced leads and roughly what each lead cost. That clarity is the main outcome of the first quarter.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Spreading a small budget across every platform. Three channels done properly beat seven done badly. Start where your buyers already search.
- Judging success by likes or traffic alone. A post with thousands of views and no enquiries is entertainment, not marketing.
- Sending all paid traffic to the home page. Each campaign needs a page that matches the promise in the ad.
- Changing strategy every month. Most channels need a full cycle of data before a verdict is fair.
- Ignoring what happens after the lead arrives. Slow callbacks waste good leads. We often find the biggest gain is in response time, not in the ads.
If you are comparing agencies, ask each one how they would split your first quarter's effort between channels and why. The answer tells you whether they are thinking about your business or selling a package. You can start that conversation with us on the contact page.
