• Your message and any details about your requirements

Please do not include sensitive information, such as health, financial or identity document details, in your message.

Information collected automatically with an enquiry

To understand how people find us and to protect the form from abuse, we also record:

• Campaign and source information, such as UTM parameters, the referring website and the page from which you submitted the form.
• A hashed (one-way encoded) version of your IP address, used to detect spam and repeated abusive submissions. We do not store your IP address in readable form alongside your enquiry.
• The date and time of submission.

2. Why we use your data

We process enquiry data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form and, where applicable, for legitimate uses permitted by law. We do not sell your personal data. We will not add you to a marketing mailing list without your consent, and you can opt out of any marketing communication at any time.

3. Who we share data with

We share personal data only where needed to run this website and our business:

• Service providers who host the website, send email or provide analytics, acting on our instructions.
• Google, as the provider of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (see section 4).
• Authorities, where disclosure is required by law, court order or a lawful request.

Some providers may process data on servers outside India. Where this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards and comply with any transfer restrictions notified under Indian law.

4. Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This website uses:

• Essential cookies needed for security and basic functions, such as protecting forms against cross-site request forgery and keeping your session working.
• Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, which help us understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on page, device type, approximate location and the source of the visit. We use this information in aggregate.

Google Tag Manager itself is a tool for managing the scripts on this site; it does not create a profile of you, but it loads tags (such as GA4) that may set cookies. 5. WhatsApp and third-party links

This website includes links that open a chat with us on WhatsApp. When you use WhatsApp, your messages and phone number are handled by WhatsApp (operated by Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy, and we receive the information you choose to send in the chat. We use WhatsApp conversations only to respond to your enquiry and continue a conversation you have started.

Links to other websites, including official documentation and social media platforms, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.

6. How long we keep data

• Enquiries that do not become projects: kept for as long as is reasonably needed to follow up and respond, after which they are deleted or anonymised, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Client records: kept for the duration of our engagement and afterwards for as long as required for legal, accounting and tax purposes.
• Analytics data: retained according to the retention setting configured in Google Analytics 4 and then deleted automatically.
• Hashed IP data used for spam prevention: kept only as long as needed for that purpose.

7. How we protect data

We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls limiting who can view enquiries, hashing of IP addresses and regular software updates. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly, including notifying affected people and authorities where required by law, if a personal data breach occurs.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have the right to:

• Request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update inaccurate data.
• Ask us to erase your data where it is no longer needed, unless we must keep it by law.
• Withdraw consent you have given; this will not affect processing already carried out.
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
• Raise a grievance with us and, if unresolved, approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational for such complaints.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. Grievances and contact

10. Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Changes to this policy
